This year has been challenging for many. Rising food costs and the ongoing cost-of-living crisis mean more families are struggling to access healthy meals and basic cooking skills. At Project Food, we’ve worked tirelessly to respond:
✅ 1,091 people supported, including 236 children
✅ 60+ local partnerships strengthening our reach
✅ 181 sessions delivered, from diabetes courses to family cook-alongs
✅ 905 community meals shared and 980 frozen meals provided
Highlights include:
But small charities like ours face real challenges. In 2024, 921 charities closed, most with incomes under £1 million. To keep delivering vital services, we urgently need to raise £35,000 this year.
