We offer a wide variety of activities – mainly hands-on cooking sessions, cooking demonstrations, and online cooking classes – to a range of different people including youth groups, mental health support groups, people living alone, parents & carers, and people with specific health conditions such as heart disease.

When the pandemic hit in March 2020 we had to stop all our face-to-face activities, but we will be re-starting them again as the restrictions ease. In the meantime, you can still join online cooking classes in your own kitchen via Zoom.

We also offer one-to-one support – in an appropriately distanced environment on our premises at Axminster Hospital – for anyone who wants individually tailored help and guidance on anything diet-related (from practical food skills to nutrition advice).
