Our April newsletter is out now!
We have been very busy recently with new sign-ups to our mailing list, so we are taking a look at the main Project Food principles for eating well this month.
Remember, it’s not just about the food you eat. Taking time over your food and enjoying it is important too.
This month’s newsletter looks at the 7 main areas you should focus on to help you feel good, both physically and mentally.
Eat more fruit and vegetables.
Eat more whole grains and pulses.
Reduce your consumption of ultra-processed foods.
Use fats, salt and sugar in smaller amounts.
Limit the amount of alcohol in your diet.
Think about how, when and where you eat.
And up the activity levels.
