Earlier this year, we started a project called Food and Mood. Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, the aim of the project was to help you to understand the connection between what you eat and how you feel.
We have supported people in a few different ways. One-to-one cooking lessons and support groups with cooking and gardening with a social lunch. We have also been delivering recipe boxes to homes along with a link to an online cooking video to follow.
With the project now coming to an end, we would like to share the cooking videos with you so that you can give our recipes a go.
