We are thrilled to announce the launch of our “Make and Munch” cooking sessions at EX5Alive, Cranbrook Education Campus, to kick off the new year with a delicious and educational twist!
Starting on Wednesday, January 15th, and running for six weeks, these sessions offer a fantastic opportunity for parents, carers, and children to come together and prepare a delightful lunch. Each session concludes with participants taking home a recipe bag, ensuring the fun and learning continue at home.
These sessions are specifically designed for parents and carers of pre-school children. They aim to tackle common mealtime challenges, such as picky eating and the daily struggles of feeding young children.
Funded by the SNG Thriving Communities Fund via Action Funder and The Austin and Hope Pilkington Trust, our “Make and Munch” sessions are part of a broader initiative to support parents and carers. By providing hands-on cooking experiences, we aim to equip participants with practical skills and knowledge to overcome common feeding challenges.
This initiative is more than just cooking; it’s about fostering a sense of community and shared learning. We believe that by making mealtimes a more positive and stress-free experience, we can help families create healthy, enjoyable mealtime routines.
Join us for these engaging sessions and make mealtimes a joyful experience for you and your children. Let’s cook, learn, and munch together!
To register your interest, pop your details on this form and we will contact you in the new year with everything you need to know.
We look forward to seeing you there!
