New Free Cooking Course in Seaton: Cooking with Confidence – Diabetes Edition

At Project Food, we believe that everyone deserves to feel confident in the kitchen—especially when it comes to managing their health. That’s why we’re thrilled to launch our brand-new course: Cooking with Confidence – Diabetes Edition, starting Tuesday 10th June in Seaton.

👩‍🍳 What’s the Course About?

This free 6-week course is designed for anyone living with or affected by pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes. Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed, are supporting a loved one, or simply want to learn how to eat in a way that supports better blood sugar control, this course is for you.

Each week, we’ll explore a different theme to help you build practical skills and knowledge around healthy eating, including:

  • Understanding Type 2 Diabetes & Healthy Cooking Basics
  • Building Balanced Meals
  • Low-Carbohydrate & Heart-Healthy Cooking
  • Meal Planning & Batch Cooking
  • Creating Sustainable Habits for Long-Term Health
