Wine tasting evening to raise funds for Project Food

This event has now sold out.  To keep up to date with future fundraising events, please email kerry@project-food.org.uk

Come and join us on Friday 26th November for a wine tasting evening at The Woodlands Hotel in Sidmouth. A fantastic opportunity to learn about the art of wine tasting while raising money to help us to continue our projects.

The evening will commence at 7.30pm.  As you arrive at the hotel we will have some award winning local apple juices and kombucha ready for you to sample, along with canapes and a chance to browse our fantastic raffle and auction prizes up for grabs.

Once seated, Dalwood Vineyard Director, Mike Huskins will then talk you through his carefully selected local and imported wines and teach you how to get the most out of this wine tasting experience. Sample 10/12 wines with Mikes expert guidance and release your inner wine enthusiast.

A charcuterie and cheese board made up of tantalising local produce from producers and shops in and around Sidmouth will be included in the ticket price.

Why not make a weekend of it and book a nights stay at The Woodlands Hotel?  We are delighted to be able to offer Project Food guests attending this event a fantastic price of just £25 per person.  (Please note that the hotel will be closed to all other guests on this weekend and this rate is for the night of the event only.  There will not be the option to book additional nights).

As the wine tasting experience draws to a close, a cash bar will be available and we will continue the evening with music and dancing. We will then draw the raffle and hold our auction of some really great prizes kindly donated by our local Sidmouth businesses.

To book your place, please email kerry@project-food.org.uk or call 01297 631782.
